Sam has worked in journalism and corporate communications across Europe and globally for more than 20 years. As bureau chief and journalist for Reuters, Sam spent several years covering geopolitics, finance and investment during postings in the UK, Switzerland, Germany, Romania, Bulgaria, Ireland and the UAE. As a communications professional, he worked closely with senior executives as a senior editor with the Danish transport company Maersk. Since 2018, he has worked as an independent strategic communications consultant covering industries including healthcare, shipping, energy and financial services. Having lived all over Europe, Sam is now settled in Copenhagen.
