Susan is an accomplished executive with more than 20 years of experience in biotech. She previously led the influential trade journal BioCentury as editor, honing the platform to analyze best practices and advance new thinking in clinical development, regulation, patient engagement, pricing, and market access. She is a gifted communicator with an exceptional ability to understand the unique needs and concerns of executive teams, investors, and patient stakeholders. She sits on the Forum for Drug Discovery, Development, and Translation at the National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine (NASEM). She is also the founder, President & CEO of The Patients’ Academy for Research Advocacy, a U.S. nonprofit that is empowering patients and caregivers to influence medical research to make it more patient-centered and relevant.
